Our website reflects the latest available stock. Live supplier feeds are updated throughout the day, while some partner feeds update daily around 10AM. If a product is out of stock, it will not be visible on the site.

We offer components and parts for current-generation servers. Older or legacy parts may need to be sourced through alternative suppliers such as spl.co.za.

We are an open B2B eCommerce platform. We do not offer reseller or dealer pricing — all prices displayed are final and apply to both individuals and companies.

Do you have a Retail Shop?

No, Server Warehouse is strictly online. We do not have a showroom, counter, or walk-in facility. All orders must be placed through our website.

I need an Email Address to send a quotation request

We do not accept quotation requests by email. If a product has limited stock (1–4 units), the "Request for Quotation" button will be shown. For products in stock, use "Add to Cart". Our team will send a formal quote only through our automated quotation system.

I want to visit the store

We are not open to the public. Our offices are for administration and logistics only. Visits are only permitted once an order is paid and you have received collection instructions via email.

How do I Buy a Product?

Add the product to your cart and proceed through checkout. If configuration is required, select the necessary options before adding to cart.

How do I get a Quotation?

Click "Request for Quotation" on eligible products (low stock or servers). Complete the form and we’ll email you a formal quote with stock confirmation.

How do I know if there is stock?

Stock availability is shown on each product page. We only display products that are available to order from our warehouse or partner suppliers.

Will I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes. A full tax invoice will be emailed to you once payment is confirmed. Our VAT number and company registration details appear on all documentation.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request cancellation before payment is made. Once paid, the order is sent to our suppliers for fulfillment and cannot be reversed. Please ensure all details are correct before finalising your order.

How do you protect my personal information?

Your information is handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We do not sell or share your data, and all payment info is processed securely by Peach Payments.

Can I see a product before I purchase or visit a showroom?

No showroom is available. Product images and details are provided online. Where possible, we link to detailed datasheets or vendor pages.

How can I review a product?

Registered users can submit reviews via the product page. All reviews are moderated to prevent spam or irrelevant content.

Can I place an order if a product is out of stock?

No, out-of-stock items are not shown on the website. If you need something that’s no longer listed, feel free to inquire with us directly.

Do I need to register to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, registering gives you access to order history and faster future purchases.

Payment

How do I know that my funds have cleared?

You will receive an email update indicating your order is now "Processing." Only then do we begin preparing your items for dispatch.

How to Pay?

We accept Manual EFT and Credit Card/Debit Card via Peach Payments. Bank details are included in your Web Order PDF and email confirmation.

Shipping, Delivery & Store Pickup

Can I collect an order?

Only for Cross Border orders, but only after full payment and once we confirm that your order is ready. Collection instructions will be sent via email.

How is my shipping price calculated?

Shipping is based on volumetric weight using the formula: Length x Width x Height / 5000. Courier rates vary by region.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across South Africa. International shipping is not supported; cross-border customers must arrange their own collection.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Main centres: 1–3 working days. Outlying areas: 2–5 working days. Delivery times depend on product lead time and courier schedules.

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email from our courier partner. You can track your parcel directly through their website.
