Shipping and Delivery Policy
Server Warehouse partners with BOBGO, a network of leading couriers, to deliver secure and efficient service. Shipping costs are based on volumetric weight.
Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries occur between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
- No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
- Orders are processed once payment reflects in our account.
- Delivery times depend on stock availability. If an item is out of stock, additional lead time may be necessary.
Delivery Method
- All deliveries are conducted door-to-door via courier within South Africa—no in-person collections for South African orders.
Secure Delivery with OTP (One-Time Pin) Our couriers use an OTP system for enhanced security:
- Only the recipient with the OTP can accept the delivery, ensuring the package reaches the correct person.
- Each OTP is unique, single-use, and also emailed for backup access.
- If the primary recipient is unavailable, the OTP can be shared with an alternate designee, such as a family member or colleague, to allow delivery.
- Notifications are sent to the designated recipient when the parcel is out for delivery, including an option for the driver to send an ETA when close by.

Regional Areas A regional area is any location not on a daily flight schedule and within range of a recognized airport. Deliveries to these areas may have longer lead times as they are served less frequently.
International Sales, VAT, and Collection Policies
Export and VAT Information: Server Warehouse does not have an export code, so VAT will be applied per South African regulations. International customers can claim a VAT refund through a VAT Refund Agency; information is available on the official VAT Refund Agency website.
International Order Collection: For pre-arranged international orders, collections can be organized with Server Warehouse, with addresses provided only after payment is completed.
